Creating links between folders

By configuring linkage, you indicate where you want to save translated content.

1. Open WorldServer Explorer.
2. Select Tools > Linkage Editor.
3. On the toolbar, select .
4. In the Add new link dialog box, select the source and the target folders or assets that you want to link.
   The folders or assets must be highlighted (not grayed out). If they are grayed out, it means that they do not correspond to the selected locale.

   Tip: If you only link the top-level folder of the source locale to the top-level folder of the target locale, all the folders and assets under this top-level folder will inherit the linkage.
5. After selecting both the source and the target folder or asset, in the Add new link dialog box, select Save.
6. On the toolbar, select to save your link, and then close the Linkage Editor.
