About recurrences

WorldServer includes three default recurrences that you can use to customize your business rules and one system task (Periodic Work Status) that you can schedule whenever you need.

The three default recurrences are:

Daily: By default, it is scheduled every day of the week at 6 A.M.
Hourly: By default, it is scheduled every hour of every day of the week.
Weekly: By default, it is scheduled every Monday at 6 A.M.

By default, the Periodic Work Status system task is scheduled every day of the week at 1 A.M. This task sets the frequency with which the periodicWorkStatus table is populated. The periodicWorkStatus table records periodic snapshots of task and project activities and it is used in WorldServer reports.

You can add and configure other recurrences whenever you need.
