Deleting workflow roles

Users can be part of multiple workflow roles. You can delete the workflow roles that you no longer use, regardless of whether they have users in them or not.

1. In WorldServer, go to Management > Workflow > Workflow Roles.
2. Select the check boxes next to the workflow roles that you want to delete.
3. Select Delete.
4. In the Delete Workflow Roles dialog box, select OK.
