Adding workflow roles

To add a workflow role, enter its name and description, and then select the users that you want to include in it.

Procedure

  1. In WorldServer, go to Management > Workflow > Workflow Roles.
  2. Select Add.
  3. On the Workflow Role: New Workflow Role page, do the following:
    1. In the Name box, enter the name of the workflow role that you want to add.
    2. In the Description box, enter a description of the workflow role.
    3. Next to Members, move the users that you want to include in the workflow role from the Available users column to the Users in workflow role column.
  4. Select Save or Save As New.
