Before you can work with terminology database (TD) entries, you must locate them using the WorldServer search panel. Once you have created the search result set that you want, you can perform TD exports and deletes, create a validation project for the terms or entries in the result set, and access the View Term page.
Locate TD entries on the page from the Search tab, in which you can enter a string and search, and the Browse tab with an A-Z navigator.
In the
Browse tab, clicking on each letter enters the equivalent search text in the search panel. For example, clicking on
A causes a search on the
A* expression. Note that some languages, such as Chinese, do not support letter-based selection.
Standard,
Segment leverage, and—using the
Advanced button—Freeform SQL.
Standard mode, match the complete term (or not) and make the search case-sensitive (or not).
Standard or
Segment leverage mode, filter on the status of the terms.
Advanced button, apply attribute filters during the search.
In both Browse and Search operations, when entries display in the results pane, they have a term status indicator icon on their left.
