Importing Regulator Reviewed Files

After using the Create Regulator Review Bundle batch task to have your files reviewed by a regulator in Word, you can import back into WorldServer the content of the regulator reviewed document (FileName_taskID.target.docx). This import updates the target segments in the project file with any edits, tracked changes (excluding formatting changes), reviewed statuses and comments. NOTE: You must have claimed the corresponding task to be able to upload the regulator reviewed files. If you have not done so already, go to Assignments > Projects, select the task, click Claim and then, in the Claim Task(s) dialog box, click OK.

1. In WorldServer, click Assignments > Projects, select the desired task and then click the Import button.
2. In the Import Offline Work dialog box, click Browse.
3. In the Choose File to Upload dialog box, select the .target file or the Regulator Bundle's ZIP archive and then click Import. In case issues arise, you will be notified in the Import Offline Work dialog box.
4. When finished, click OK.
