Clearing segment cache

Clearing segment cache resets all the segmented assets for all locales of the selected AIS assets. If you select a folder, Explorer resets all the assets under that folder.

Procedure

  1. Open WorldServer Explorer.
  2. Select the folder or the asset for which you want to clear segment cache.
  3. Select Tools > Clear Segment Cache.
  4. In the Clear Segment Cache dialog box, select OK.
