Downloading assets

If you want to store your final translated files offline, you can download them from Explorer as a .zip archive.

1. Open WorldServer Explorer.
2. Select the assets or the folder that you want to download.
   If you select a folder, all the assets in that folder will be downloaded.

   Tip: Select multiple consecutive assets by holding Shift and selecting the first and last assets. Alternatively, you can select multiple non-consecutive assets by holding Ctrl and selecting the assets that you want to download.
3. Do one of the following:
   • Select Asset > Download.
   • Right-click the assets or the folder, and then select Download.
4. Specify the location where you want to download the assets.
5. Optional: Rename the .zip archive that contains the assets. The default name of the archive is assets.zip.
6. Select Save.
7. Close the download window.
