Deleting workflow phases

Before you delete a workflow phase, make sure that it is no longer used by any workflows. You can delete workflow phases only if they are not used by any workflows.

Procedure

  1. In WorldServer, go to Management > Workflow > Workflow Phases.
  2. Select the check boxes next to the workflow phases that you want to delete.
  3. Select Delete.
  4. In the Delete Workflow Phases dialog box, select OK.
