Selecting the workflow columns displayed

Workflow columns display source assets and the target locales for those assets in a grid format. You can use these columns to specify the workflow you want to apply to each locale. You can select workflow columns both when you configure the Default Workflow Table and when you create a project in WorldServer Explorer.

1. In WorldServer, go to one of the following pages:
   • Management > Business Rule Linkage > Default Workflow Table.
   • Create Project (Step 2 of 2) (available only when you create projects in WorldServer Explorer).
2. Select the check boxes corresponding to the locales for which you want to specify workflows.
3. Select Update Columns.
