Viewing available workflows

You might want to view a workflow while configuring the Default Workflow Table, to make sure that the workflow you select is appropriate workflow for each folder or asset. Alternatively, you might want to view workflows while creating a project in WorldServer Explorer. In both cases, you can only view asset-based workflows.

1. In WorldServer, do one of the following:
   • Go to Management > Business Rule Linkage > Default Workflow Table and select View workflows under the workflow table.
   • In WorldServer Explorer, while creating a project, on the Create Project (Step 2 of 2) page, select View workflows under the workflow table.
2. In the View Workflows dialog box, in the Workflow list, select the workflow that you want to view.
