Unlocking assets or folders

Only the users who locked certain assets or folders can also unlock them.

Procedure

  1. Open WorldServer Explorer.
  2. Select the assets or the folder that you want to unlock.
  3. Select Asset > Unlock.
  4. In the Unlock Folders or Assets dialog box, select OK.

What to do next

To check that the assets have been unlocked, right-click the folder where they are located, and then select Refresh. The value under the Locked By column should be empty for each asset that you unlocked.
